By placing an order with Independent Print Shop, you agree to the following:

• All orders require payment in full to begin production. Turnaround time is typically 7-10 business days but these times are approximate and not guaranteed. Turnaround times do not begin to run until all requested information is provided and full payment is completed. Shipping time is in addition to turnaround time. Holidays, inclement weather or other factors beyond our control may affect turnaround or shipping times.
  
  

• Independent Print Shop does not manufacture the garments used for printing and therefore is not responsible for factory defects such as holes, stitching errors, incorrect size tags, variances in cut or color or any other inconsistencies which are outside of our control.
  
  

• Blank garments are ordered as needed for each job and no extra stock is kept on hand. Because of this, every order is allowed a 3-5% underage. For example, if 40 shirts are ordered, Independent Print Shop is allowed to short the order by 2 shirts. These shortages are due to misprints, garment defects or other mistakes. If you need the exact amount of tees you ordered, it is suggested to order extra of each size.
  
  

• Please keep in mind that a digital mockup and a physical garment will be slightly different. Mockups are our best representation of the product, but we may make adjustments based on the garments or colors that will allow us the best quality print. There may be variations in color based on the screen which the mockup is viewed on as well as the garment itself. Unless specific dimensions are requested, we will use our best judgment and shop standards when determining appropriate sizing for your print.
  
  

• If the customer does not specify a particular color out of a Pantone book, we will use our best estimate based on our computer monitors to choose colors for you. Ink color may vary depending on print style, garment type or fabric blend. Independent Print Shop is not responsible for these color variances.
  
  

• Licenses and copyrights of artwork are the responsibility of the buyer.
  
  

• Cancellations made after an order has been placed will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, as well as an additional 3.5% credit card processing fee if paid by credit card, plus any additional fees required to cover services already rendered by Independent Print Shop. Cancellations will not be accepted once production or any manipulation of the garments has been made, such as tag removal or printing.
  
  

• Although we will occasionally print on customer supplied garments, we do not assume any responsibility for quantity shortages, garment defects, color variance, etc. Nor do we guarantee the print quality, washfastness or cleanliness of these goods, as we have no control over the storage or condition of these materials before arriving at our facility. We will of course print these with the intention of providing the best product possible, but all customer supplied garments must be accepted “as is” and do not carry the same guarantees as orders printed on materials we source from our trusted suppliers.
  
  

• We cannot offer refunds on completed orders. Please inspect your order within 72 hours of receiving it. We will offer a reprint on any order that has print production errors outside of the 3-5% shortage allowance. Orders requesting reprints must be shipped back to us in full for staff review before approval. Requests for reprints will not be accepted outside of the 72 hour inspection window.
